The Strict Pull-up for most is a huge fitness milestone! It can take time to develop the strength, stability and mobility required to perform the pull-up! With this challenge and a little bit of consistency, you should be well on your way to getting your FIRST Pull-up, or adding a few more reps! Can’t do a single pull-up, it’s all good: just set a goal to hit one by the end of this challenge. If you can already get a few pull ups, amazing!
